Hi, I hope I'm in the right location. I've been trying to send out IEPs to families but the status has been In Progress at 46.8% for over half an hour now.
Should I start all over again? Or has some of the IEPs been sent?

Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community. There can be different factors that is causing the document delivery to stay stuck in progress. In this case, we suggest working with your Designated Support Contact at your school to submit a ticket to the PowerSchool SIS Support Team. This way the support team can take a closer look to determine the root cause and work towards a resolution.
