Class Ranking and Honor Roll

Hello,

I am trying to run class ranking and honor roll and I am having errors. My class ranking is pulling from last school year, 2022-2023. My honor roll is not running at all for first quarter. We were able to print report cards with letter grades and percents.

Have you run the class rank calculation and the honor roll calculations - this is the process that creates the class rank and honor roll records.

Class Rank Calculation

Start Page > School > Class Rank > Recalculation Frequency and choose to either schedule the recalculation or click on the Recalculate Now link. This process can take a few minutes to complete.

Run Honor Roll Calculation

Start Page > System > Calculate Honor Roll

Have you checked your years and terms to confirm that your term ID is correct?

For 2023/24, the termID should be 3200.

23-24 YearID is 3300 and TermIDs start with 3300.
