No, non-production instances do not require an image server or a domain name (FQDN or sub-domain).

What version of PowerSchool should I use?
Answer
The version of PowerSchool we install is typically the latest available version. However if you require a database restored using an older version of PowerSchool (5.x) just let us know and we'll make sure you get the right one.

When can the service be performed?

In order to meet the needs of our customers and allow them to minimize or eliminate the possibility of downtime, TSG offers the service twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week. There will be an additional cost for overnight or weekend services.

How do I initiate the process?

To move forward with the install of a non-production instance, please review the information found within the Non-Production Installation section, prepare your environment in the manner indicated, submit a PO, fill out the Non-Production Installation Checklist, and submit it to TSG.
