why is Missing Assignments showing when it's disabled?

Attached is a picture of what parents see on the mobile site. We have Assignments checked so assignments shouldn't be showing on the portal, and if you look at the top third of the screen that's what's happening. So why is the Missing Assignments, in the middle of the screen, appearing active? We need this turned off asap.

Since the settings that control whether or not PowerSchool Mobile displays the Missing Assignments item are controlled through the PowerSchool Administrator pages, I would recommend calling in to our PowerSchool Support team or sending an email case to support@powerschool.com being sure to include a Parent or Student account that can be used to replicate the issue. That way one of our support engineers can help see the way that your PowerSchool SIS is configured and what the parents are seeing through PowerSchool Mobile.
