Hello Active Directory System Administrator,

 

Good day!

 I have already created my account but every time I log in there's a problem in logging in. 

Problem has occured! You have entered an incorrect username or password!

 

Kindly help me out on this? Thank you!

Would you please confirm which PowerSchool product you are referring to? If you are getting an error while trying to log in into your PowerSchool mobile app, please refer to this article: Invalid-Username-or-Password
