There are two common reasons that you may receive an error message when attempting to enter the district code on the PowerSchool Mobile app. The school district may have temporarily disabled the mobile app or the district's set up is not complete. I recommend reaching out to your school district to share your experience when attempting to set up your PowerSchool mobile app. The district should be able to provide further information or assist you with accessing your account within the mobile app.
