Student not seeing recent work in mobile app / How to get mobile app support?

Is this the only place to get support for mobile apps? I have a video of the student in question demonstrating her issue, but I can't post it in a public forum.

 

When she goes to the Recent section of her (Android) PowerSchool app, it shows assignments from last semester, even though I have verified that her teacher has posted scores for many assignments in the current semester.

 

She deleted and reinstalled the app, and nothing changed.

 

I'm not sure what to do next.

Check that the Active Term setting is current (Start Page > School > Current Grade Display) and also check that the Parent/Student Access Term is current (Start Page > School > Parent/Student Access). At our school we have Active Term set to Q3 and Parent/Student Access Term set to 21-22.
