My son's PowerSchool mobile app is stuck on the enter district code screen. Our district code is 4 numbers, but it's only allowing me to type letters. I've tried using the microphone and also adding the URL, but it's still not working. I have deleted and re-installed the app multiple times, restarted the phone and ensured he has the latest iOS software update and still have no luck. He can log in on his computer and my app still works fine. Any suggestions?
