Comment from the KnowledgeBase article: PowerSchool Mobile App: Problem Syncing Error
This just happened to one of my parents. The issue was that when the student record was created, the grade level came through as NULL. Once I updated this, it resolved the error message on the parent account. Might not be the same issue you run into but it is something to double check!
