My students information will not load in the PowerSchool mobile app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I can access all of his grades and information on the desktop website. The mobile app worked last school year, but not this year. Please help! This is so frustrating!
@Sbaugh Have you reached out directly to the school/school district? They have to make sure certain settings are selected; otherwise, the data won't appear on the app.

@HeatherWeist Thank you for your response. After a detailed search, I found a document on our school district website with detailed instructions to logon to the new app. They had made changes to the login process. Halfway through the year and it's finally working on my phone!
