Hi,
I need help, ever sense 6th grade, I am now in 9th. Powerschool mobile has never worked for me.
I feel as I have tried everything, different phones, different loggins, different ways of spelling or capitalization. Ive gone to two different tech places at my school and they both have said they cant help. I have the right district code and i know i am spelling it right. ive brought it to the office at my school, and talked to higher tech people at my school. They said i should contact powerschool, can you please help?
This is a general PowerSchool Help forum and since we're talking about a personal device any support offered would only be suggestions of things to try.
Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?
Every school has its own access code so if when moving from 6th grade to 9th you changed building you may be running into a conflict.
I'm not telling you what to do, but if it were my phone I would delete the app entirely and reinstall the latest version. From here enter I would try entering your current school's access code.

Hi,
It says that I am not in the district, and that its incorrect, but it cant be. and the school says I am.
I can log in online, but not the app.
I have had new phones, and I have reinstalled multiple times.
I don't think you will be able to talk to the level of support you likely need without your school system's help. I would reach out to the school district again and ask the school IT to ask the Central Office IT/PowerSchool Administrator to contact PowerSchool to open a ticket. We had something similar where one student couldn't login on their phone but could login through the website. The school IT couldn't get it to work and finally kicked it up to me. I tried several phones, Android vs. iOS, tested logins of multiple students on the same device (everyone could login but that student), etc., and could find nothing obvious as to why it wouldn't work for the one student. It was very frustrating. Support had to correct the issue; it was too deep in the server for me to fix.
