Hey @Mnpe,

We at PowerSchool strive to protect our customer's privacy. The only circumstance that an administrator can access your parent account is when the username and password are given to the administrator by the parent.

If you have shared your log in credentials with anybody and would like to limit this access, we recommend changing the password of your parent account.

Hi @Mnpe,

Thank you for reaching out to PowerSchool Community for assistance!

We take the privacy of users seriously. Administrators can only access parent accounts when the parent provides his or her credentials to the Administrator.

If you have any queries, feel free to reach us!

Can the district's manager system access into my PowerSchool parent’s account using my credentials without my authorization? In which case should the IT access by this way? That is, using my username and password and log in from the parents portal page? Is the parents account considered a private account for parents use only?
