We have a parent who is not able to login to PowerSchool for Parents using the mobile app. I've reset her password, had her uninstall and reinstall the mobile app, and reset her password again. The parent receives a message stating " can’t access it at this time. "
The account isn't locked or disabled. I even tried it from my web browser. I went through the entire password reset process. I received the same error message. Now, it's telling me "invalid username/password".
