I have a parent reporting that they can see only last year's classes when accessing PowerSchool through the app. They are receiving notifications for the current classes, but not seeing them. Our reporting terms, Parent/Student Access and Quick Lookup Preferences appear to be correct. For what reason would the mobile app not show current school year schedules?

We will be happy to assist you, would you please confirm if the parent can view the current school year schedule by logging through the Parent Portal website? Is this issue faced by the parent only while using the mobile app?
What was the resolution?
When Students and Parents login they still can't see the current schedule, they see last years? I believe my settings are all correct in the Parent/Student access.
Try going to School Setup > Parent/Student Access and check the term. If you have a year selected, make sure it is the correct year.
