Mobile app support for parents

Is there a contact email or phone number for parents to call with issues?  

Parent is not recieving push notifications.  Parent insists that all notifications are set.  HELP

I recommend the parent to verify that notifications on the PowerSchool Mobile App settings are enabled, they can follow the steps below to check the settings.

  • Log into the PowerSchool App
  • Click the More button
  • Cliick on Account link
  • Click Notifications
  • Make sure that all options are enabled

I also suggest to make sure that notifications for the PowerSchool Mobile App wasn't accidentally disabled from system setting, here are the steps for iOS:

  • Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap Notifications.
  • Select the PowerSchool Mobile App.
  • Make sure that the Allow Notifications switch is set to on.

Steps for Android:

  • Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications.
  • Here, you’ll see a list of all apps installed on your Android device. Scroll and tap on PowerSchool Mobile App from the list.
  • Next a list of all types of notifications the app can send will appear. Make sure that the toggle for each type of notification is set to on.
