A parent is having trouble with one class not showing the assignments and grades in the chronological order in the mobile app on her phone and ipad. The other classes in the app are correct. I looked in the teacher's gradebook and shows the assignments and grades in the chronological order. I had her log out and back into the app, with no luck of fixing the issue with the assignments and grades for this class. Any suggestions???

Typically assignments should appear in chronological order in the PowerSchool Mobile app. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to the PowerSchool Support Team and logging a case. Our support team might need to use the parent's account to see what the issue is, so you may need to coordinate with the parent to get a temporary password set for our Support Team.
