If the above steps do not work and you are still having a hard time resetting your password, you will want to check an make sure you can log into the web portal on a desktop or laptop. If you are successful logging in there, then the best course of action is to uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version. If you are unsuccessful in logging into either the mobile app or the web portal, I would encourage you to reach out to your child's school to assist you with resetting your credentials. All parent accounts are created and managed by the school district, so that would be your most direct point of contact for getting credentials reset if needed!

Thank you for your post! I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty with logging in. If you are having difficulty with that access, you will want to reach out to a tech contact in your district and they should be able to reset your credentials for you. The PowerSchool Mobile app uses credentials that are set up and maintained by your district's tech department, so unless they created your account using your Google email, you will want to verify they have set up a username and password for you already. The credentials to your Mobile app account is connected to the parent web portal. You will want to reset your password through the PowerSchool parent web portal instead of the PowerSchool Mobile app. This article should walk through the steps of resetting your password within the parent web portal.
