I'm having trouble accessing my children's Schoology accounts. The school system's link doesn't offer a "first time user" option for creating a parent account. While the school handout directs me to schoology.com and click "Parents," I tried this two years ago and encountered issues.
I'm very interested in monitoring my children's progress and grades. Could you please advise on how to create a separate parent account or resolve the conflict with my old student account?
