How to access the submitted forms

To assist you further, would you please confirm if you are trying to access the forms using the Mobile Application?  If yes, they won't be available through the App.  You would want to log in to PowerSchool using browsers.  Here is a documentation on Accessing the Form using PowerSchool Parent Portal.

No I was accessing it through the laptop
