I have used the PowerSchool app for several years now with no problems. I uploaded an update at the end of December, and now every time I try to click the button to switch students the app crashes. I can only access the student data for my oldest child, which is also not updating (only shows last semester's class and grades). I'm getting push notifications for my other children's classes and grades but I cannot access them. I've tried restarting the app, force close the app, restarting my phone, and deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing helps, it still crashes every time I try to switch students. This is extremely frustrating, as it was working FINE until this last update. HELP??
@lonnyandrinda Have you reached out directly to the school district? They will be able to make sure you are able to see the current semester's information. It is a setting in the PS SIS that needs to be change in order for new terms to be viewable.

Unfortunately everyone has moved to virtual this week due to the high number of staff absences/illnesses. I will reach out to them next week when they are back at the school and see if something can be done there. Thank you for the suggestion!
