Hi, Could I change the desired username to username?

We recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contact of your district who would be able to assist you to customize the desired username to username using the Custom Page Management.

Thank you, I found Custom Page Management, but I didn't find the file which could change the username. Could you tell me?

Hi @Waite 

If you are facing difficulties finding the file to customize the parent portal page, you can try to use the Language Translation Toolkit to localize the field name since most of the text that is Core SIS app can be changed using LTK/Translations and thus doesn’t need to be customized. 

If you are unable to access either of them, we recommend that you work with the DSC/System administrator of your district who should be able to assist you further.
