Attendance

I am trying to create an absence for a student.  However, it is saying that I can't create the absence because the student is enrolled in conflicting things on that date.  The student only has one enrolled class that period, and I am not seeing where the conflict is.  Anyone have experience with this, or can guide me as to how to correct it?  Thank you!

Thank you for your post! To better assist you, it may be best to have you contact Support so that we can take a closer look at how this student's course schedule and data are configured, especially if this is only occurring for one student. That said, one of our Support reps will be happy to help you with this as needed!
