Since powerschool updated log ins to be email addresses just a few weeks ago students with apple phones can not use the app. Android works fine and the website lets them log in but not the apple app. These students are up to date on their ios and have deleted and readded the app. Nothing seems to fix the problem.
The message they get is oops something went wrong see your administrator. That is me and I have no clue what is wrong.
Has there been a solution to this? I am still having parents that are having the same issue.
