How to disable edit primary email address option for parents

Hi All,

We see that most of the parents change their primary email address in Learning which is different from their email in PowerSchool. This leads to confusion for parents itself in future as they forget the email is not changed in PowerSchool. Our school uses parent's email address in PowerSchool for communication and we would like to prevent parents changing their email address from PS learning directly.

Any suggestions ?

Currently, there is no option built into the system that could be used to prevent the parents from changing their email addresses.
