Can we download class settings to audit what's out there?

We had an incident where a parent discovered student information ( photo and name ) available from a simple Google search of their child's name. We would like to audit *all* classes to make sure the setting is correctly set. Is there a way to download all the settings for all the classes?

What product?  I'm not sure. We only use this thing we call PowerSchool ( or "Haiku" ), with a URL like

https://lakesideblended.learning.powerschool.com/do/control/accounts

Right now, there seems to be no way to clean up all the old, dead accounts except on at a time.

Currently, there is not a feature to download class settings, however, there are ways to control who can access class and user profile information.  I have provided links to two articles below.  The first article should walk through the steps of setting up the view for user-profiles and the second article will walk through how to secure the view and interaction with classes.
