Can't Submit - Everything is Completely Filled out.

I have every single required property filled out, but this message is stopping me from submitting the form. I click the links, and they are simply PDFs. What am I missing?

I think you are missing the 'I hereby declare or agree' checkbox somewhere in the form or pdf.

I looked for 30 minutes. The link goes to a PDF file that I can download, but nothing to mark or submit.

There isn’t a checkmark on a form. I would think the system would show me the missing checkmark, right?

Is there a real support rep that o can chat to about this? Could the school district? My wife and I looked for an hour and can’t figure this out.
