Can you confirm all fields and checkboxes are completed in the Registration form when attempting to submit the registration form? Are you receiving an error message on a particular page?
Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community! If the enrollment forms are on hold, I recommend contacting the school to verify the date of birth and release the hold. I'm having the same problem. Program simply tells me that birth date is not accepted. Does Metro have the wrong birth date? Hard to tell because no one is answering the phone. Frustrating.
If you are receiving an error message that your child's birthdate not correct, I recommend reaching out to the school to confirm the school has the correct birthday within the school's student information system. If the birthday is incorrect, the school should be able to change your child's birthday.
