Using the Powerschool Mobile App with Ecollect Forms

Hello, 

Does anyone know if parents can use the Powerschool mobile app to access and fill out ecollect online enrollment forms?  Or do they need to access the forms via the public portal?

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through PowerSchool Community!

Currently, the feature to access and fill out Ecollect online enrollment forms through the Mobile app is not built into Enrollment Express. However, they can access the forms via the public portal.

You can create an enhancement request on the same through PowerSchool Ideas Portal if you wish to see this option within Enrollment Express in the future.

This is now a feature in the more recent versions of ECollect. The first form we actively promoted on the mobile app was form to allow parents to update contacts. It worked really well and our response rate was way up from forms strictly on the parent portal.

Can you advise what version of SIS and Ecollect are needed for the forms to show up on the parent portal app?

Ecollect forms should be on version 21.9 and PowerSchool SIS should be on version 21.4.5 for parents and students to be able to access forms via the Mobile App.
