I am new to Enrollment Express. It was just recently installed. I kind of feel like it was pushed out and we were not given much to use it.
I know that the parents can login to Powerschool and update the student info.
How do we push out the forms and where do we go in powerschool to choose which forms?
They have to be built. In a typical implementation, your implementation manager would work with you to provide training, design the first batch of forms, create them, then have you test them. The training would also prepare you to create your own forms.
Thank you for the response Jerome. Our account management team built the forms for us and tested them. That is the problem we now have. We kind of feel like we have been rushed through this process. The ran through the process fast and finished it up and left us with the new system. I cannot find out where to go to in powerschool to even push out the forms. That is what I am looking for.

You can view your private messages inside the PowerSchool Community by selecting the envelope in the top right corner of any page in the Community to the right of your avatar. When a new message appears, you should see the number one with a dark red circle on the envelope.

All Ecollect/Enrollment Express forms are accessed through the parent portal or student portal. The forms that you intend to use for the returning students would need to be published and shared with the school(s) the students are enrolled at. If you are facing issues on meeting this, we recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts within your district who should be able to contact the PowerSchool Support team to assist you further.
