Poor Customer Service

I have been trying for months to get my deadname removed on GoGuardian and replaced with my chosen name. Every other platform I use for teaching has been able to easily make this change for me except here. At this point I'm looking to file a report with the ACLU for violating my federal protections as an LGBTQ educator.
