Premium Partners ONLY: How to Create and Manage Support Cases

We have a large number of EdTech providers that want to work with us, and like you, limited support staff. Therefore, PowerSchool limits the ability to create technical support cases to Premium Classroom Partners only. 

 

If you are already a Premium Classroom Partner, but you do not know how to create a support ticket, here's what you need to know:

  1. Your email must be identified as a Technical Contact on your partnership agreement in order to submit tickets. 
  2. Follow the directions in the attached, Partners - Create and Manage Support Cases document to create your tickets.

If you are not a Premium Partner, but you want to learn more, email classroom-integrators@powerschool.com to inquire about the benefits of becoming a Premium Classroom Partner.
