I would like to know is this also available for guardians and students to complete on a daily basis.

Hi! @tmdean 

 

The Covid -19 online check-in should be on your forms list.  The availability of a form is controlled by the owner of a form. You can make it available to whoever you want and have it filled out whenever you want.
