PowerSchool doesn't partner with a company that offers signature pads. We see that other members haven't responded here with recommendations yet, but we have seen most districts use electronic signatures. You can do this by including a text element for a signature and a date along with a disclaimer that they are agreeing to the terms mentioned in the form or document by entering their name and submitting it.
