E collect forms - Changing setting on form

We changed a from from "needing approval" to "not needing approval".  How can we be sure to capture changes that were still pending approval when the switch was made?  First time using e collect and learning as we go.  Thanks.

You are not able to change any forms that are pending. A change only affects forms that are submitted from the point of change forward.

Is there any way to know which forms had changes so that we can manually update PowerSchool?

The feature to show only changes made is not in the current functionality. If you would like to have this feature in our software, I recommend submitting this idea in PowerSchool Ideas Portal.
