E-Collect Forms for Pre-Registered Students

I need to have a form filled out with parents decision about sending their child to "in person" learning or distance learning and I don't think the form will show up for Pre-registered students.  Is there anything else I can do or just change their status to active?

Unless you have set some field conditions on the share permissions of the form that would exclude pre-registered students, then it will be shared with them as well.

How do I set up the shared permissions for the parent to complete the forms?  The forms are not in the pre-registered student PS account?
