HST Course Failures Early Warning Indicator

The directions on the Web form for HST Course Failures imply that you can enter multiple courses and multiple failing grades for this indicator. When I tried this, it appears that only the first entry was processed. I used a comma to separate each entry. Please advise.

Would you please try verifying whether there is space between the course codes? If so, please remove the space between course codes, that would resolve the issue.
