I have a teacher, that when she logs on to performance matters, it automatically takes her to her daughters performance matters data. How do I switch it, so it shows her 3rd grade classes info?
Please log out and try to log in again using your work email address and let us know if the issue persists.
It looks like she used her work email as her personal email when getting it set up to view her own child. Is there a way to change that?

You will need to reach out to your district's SIS Admin, who would have the ability to update the student guardian's email address in the student's contact information in SIS.
Once the Admin has updated the email address to a private email address and not their work email address, the student file would get exported and loaded, which should then fix the problem.
