Demograhic and Person File

Howdy Team,

I have been asked to add more groups of people into Performance Matters. Before I adjust my scripts to include these staff memebers, I have a few questions.

1) Demographic file - First column DemogCode, can this be any abbreviation that I want? I need to add Counselors so can I change the code to Couns1 like Admin1.
2) Level1,2,3, what options can I add in these fields.

Hello @SteveD3,

1.) In the Demographic file, the column mentioned as DemogCode could be changed into any abbreviation as wished according to the purpose. However, the exact abbreviation used in the demographic files should be mentioned in the person import file too.

2.) The levels are used for adding any combination of demographics and sub demographics. Few examples are as follows:
Level1|Level2|Level3
Administrative|Principal|Alternative
Instructional|Teacher|Alternative
Administrative|Principal|Elementary
