Getting Started with PowerSchool Live Assist

1. After typing a question or the description of the trouble being encountered, click “Launch Live Assist.”
2. A file automatically downloads. To access the file, click the download.
3. Uncheck the “Always ask before opening this file” default setting.
4. Click “Run.”
