PS Learning - no able to upload /download assignments, also manual option to add student not working

Hi All,

We are no able to add students to a class. Students are not able to upload assignments, they are getting message - "Error. Try after some time". Teachers are not able to download assignments - not showing any submitted assignments on PS page and if they check in the google drive - the docs/slides submitted are blank.

Anyone there facing same issues? Any help would be appreciated.

I am receiving similar complaints from our teachers. There seems to be a problem with submitting assignments.

Any word from PS L support?

We raise a ticket in the case portal already but no response yet.

This issue appears to have started around 11:00 Central European Time (10:00 UTC, 02:00 PST) 

In the following situations item upload does not appear to be working:

Assignment Item Upload

Process: Student attempts to attach an item to an assignment

Result: Upload begins then times out with the following error:

Image Upload to Text Block

Process: Teacher attempts to upload image using the "add image" button from the "Create Text-Block" window

Result: Upload appears to succeed, then after 10-30 seconds the following error appears:

Server Error while processing the file:

Submitted Document Name Here.DOC

Attach Document to Assignment

Process: Teacher creates an assignment through Activities > Add Assignment and chooses to attach a file

Result: Upload appears to succeed by reaching 100%, then after 10-30 seconds the following error appears:

Server Error while processing the file:

Submitted Document Name.jpg

Also, we are not able to add student manually - Manage Class- Edit Roster - Add Student. The student is not getting added in the class.

We are also not able to add students manually to a class. This appears to be related.

This problem now appears to extend to attaching Google Documents as well.
