How can we restart an implementation project that was closed due to unresponsiveness or another reason?
To restart a previously closed implementation project, please reach out to the Project Manager who was originally assigned to your implementation. They will guide you through the necessary steps to resume the project.
You can find your Project Manager’s contact information, along with project status and other details, by logging into the PowerSchool Community. Navigate to the Customer Connect tab and select Services (note: access is limited to Technical Contacts).
