How-To: Create and Edit a Reference List

This article will help you with the steps to create and edit an unlimited number of reference lists to send to employers.

Create a reference list

 

  1. Select I want to from the main navigation menu.

  2. From Activities, choose Reference List Builder.

  3. Click Create New Reference List.

  4. Enter a name for the list and click Create Reference List.

  5. Click Yes, I do to add references.

  6. Enter the reference information and click Create Contact.

  7. Click Add Another to add more references, or click View Reference List.

  8. Click Back to the listing when finished.

 

Edit a reference list

 

  1. Select I want to from the main navigation menu.

  2. From Activities, choose Reference List Builder.

  3. Click the list name.

  4. From the list details:

    • Click the add icon to enter new information.

    • Click the edit icon to edit information.

    • Click the remove or delete icons to delete information.

    • Click Back to Listing.
