To whom it may concern,
I understand that you have removed Haiku from your list of available platforms, and that you claim to have informed users of this in advance, however, I searched my email, and i did not receive notice of this.
I am a school librarian and have resource pages that our students depend on for learning. These pages took years to develop and losing these reouces will have a negative impact on learning.
Why wouldn't there be a process for us to access an archive of this?
Thank you for reaching out to us through PowerSchool Community!
We have responded to your thread here. PowerSchool provided communication to all users and placed messages in the banner in the product notifying users that PowerSchool Learning will not be available after September 30. Since the product is no longer active, users will not be able to access and export content from their classes.
