I was added as a technical contact for power school just this morning. So when that happened it seemed as though certain access privileges were taken away here in Power School Community. For example when you go to the Products TAB when using the drop down I only have access to see the following
School Messenger CMA, School Messenger k-12 Social and School Messenger Permission Click
I normally use Power School SIS on a daily basis, however when you click on anything else I get a huge pop up saying that I do not have access to the information. Can anyone please assist on this matter. A ticket was generated for me yesterday, however I have heard nothing with regards to it. I simply want to view some of the articles and with out this matter addressed I am not even privy to this.
