Me han desactivado la cuenta con todos los cursos que tenia dentro

Buenos días tenia una cuenta antigua en Schoology... y me la han desactivado. no puedo acceder a toda la información que tenia dentro.

If you were accessing Schoology as a basic user, the access ended on October 1, 2023. We shared this communication a year in advance with users so there was time to download content. We also posted it on our PowerSchool website and here in the PowerSchool Community. I recommend viewing the announcement to learn more. We are not able to reopen accounts.
