I have used Schoology for many years. I tried to log into my old account and it is stating that "The account you are trying to access is in a deactivated school. Contact your Schoology admin for help." Can you please assist me in getting into my account to get my tests?

If you were accessing Schoology as a basic user, the access ended on October 1, 2023. We shared this communication a year in advance with users so there was time to download content. We also posted it on our PowerSchool website and here in the PowerSchool Community. I recommend viewing the announcement to learn more. At this time, we're not able to provide access to closed accounts in Schoology.
