Creating CSV files to upload in Clever

Friends, I am trying to creat CSV files through queries in order to upload them to Clever.  We are using Canvas and since STI and Canvas do not talk directly, we are using Clever as the go-between.  When I run a query through STI only 5 students are shown.  We have way more than that.  Help!

There are Designated Support Contacts within each district that can assist you with how-to questions and troubleshooting steps for PowerSchool products.  I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts who should be able to assist you in creating a CSV file and uploading them to Clever.
