I've experienced this bug multiple times. During the registration process, when I enter a second race and get the dropdown for the second race detail, trying to select anything from that box triggers some sort of infinite refresh -- the dropdown options flash quickly and the page becomes impossible to use.
I'm on Chrome, Version 142.0.7444.176 on Mac.
