Viewing Submitted Application

Is there any way to see your child’s application once it’s been submitted? I have lost his social security card and was trying to see if I could find it in the application since it’s such a hassle and it takes days to get a new card.

If you have already submitted an Application, you can click on "View a Submitted Form" to access it on your dashboard. You can refer to this article: Viewing/Printing-a-Submitted-Form for the detailed steps. 

If you do not see the option to view the submitted form please try using an alternate browser and log in to your account to verify again. You can also contact your district and request for a copy of the submitted form.
