Verified Address Stating Not Zoned in St Albert

I am trying to register my children for school for 2020-2021 and I am entering my address, which is IN St Albert (we live in Grandin Village) and the online registration is stating the following: Address shows to be outside the district or has no zoned school. Is there a way to fix this? I don't understand why this is happening.
